It was really yummy! I added a tbsp more nutritional yeast because I love cheese. I did brown rice and it worked well with the modifications in the recipe. This would be a great recipe to add other veggies to increase veggie intake! Things like peas, edamame, green beans, squash seem like that would be great in it, even carrots.
