It was OK. I like how light and refreshing it tastes. But the big issue was that it didn't have that much flavor and the consistency was just kinda "meh". Me and my guests did eat it and kind of liked it but I wouldn't make it again.

it was nice, but with the the chickpea water inside, i was farting alot . don't do it, just use normal water :)

Really good! I only used one can of chickpeas, used a can of fire roasted tomatoes, I cup chopped baby carrots, and added two stalks of chopped celery. Only needed 1/2 t of salt too. Will definitely make again!

It was so tasty and so YUM
I added two tablespoons of butter at the end
I took it for an office Christmas party and entered in the side dish competition and wind first place

I really liked this quick & easy recipe but I needed more flavor and added some Sriracha chili sauce to heat it up a bit! Yumm!
