I just used the dumpling recipe with a different soup. The dumplings were very good and a hit with the family. Next time I will use about 3/4 of the dumpling recipe for one nights worth of soup.
I prefer the Healthier Steps recipe for vegan chicken and dumplings.

I liked this a lot. Made with the soy curls. Didn’t especially like the texture and like others have said didn’t really add to it. I would add peas and parsnips next time. Great recipe!
