- 1 cup cashews (soaked for at least 1 hour if you don't have a high speed blender. Even so, soaking the cashews helps make this dish super creamy without any grittiness)

- 1/2 cup yellow pepper (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/8 cup green chilis (canned, drained)
- 1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped)
