    Great recipe....extremely easy...I did a southern twist using a tablespoon of lemon pepper to the batter, instead of the garlic and onion powder. This made even hotter. Really nice recipe. I saw other recipes that used chick pea flour, but this reminded of pakoras. I this the use of all purpose gives it perfect texture.
