- 2 Tbsp. vegetable broth

- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. herb (Italian, blend)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. fennel seeds (1 tsp. ground)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more)
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 tsp. miso paste
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 head cauliflower (about 8 cups of bite-sized florets)
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1/3 cup black olives (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (about ½ a fresh lemon)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (more if you want more spice)
- 1/4 chopped parsley (mint, or another fresh herb, optional)
