Excellent!! A fine combination of flavors, with the ginger, the cashews and carrots finely balanced, and the garlic hardly showing up. A few squirts of lime make it over the top good. I added a few dashes of coarse salt and it’s a wrap. I will keep this in the top of my recipe stack
