- 1/2 lb. mushrooms (– sliced or chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (– diced)
- 1 onion (– diced)
- 2 stalks green garlic (or 1-4 garlic cloves – chopped)
- 2 fresh spinach (+ cups)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- crushed red pepper (to taste)
- 3 cups pasta sauce (homemade or jarred)
- fresh basil (as garnish, optional)
