- 2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water (use 1/4 cup if using besan flour instead)

I’m making a second batch As my six year old kept asking for more and my husband also. Who are you cabbage fritters can taste so good?
I added a few more seasonings like garlic powder onion powder etc.
