Amazing!!!! My family Loves brown rice, roasted butternut Squash AND KALE of course! We All enjoy this meal and it is filling for not only the adults but the kids as Well. Thanks for sharing this recipe with the world 😍

Amazing flavor. Hit with my husband who doesn’t even like brown rice. Easy to make too.

I modified the type of rice. I used smoked Jasmine rice instead of brown rice. The flavor was excellent it was easy for after work and I will make it again

It was okay but I didn't add the cumin or chipotle and I think the garlic should be roasted before. 🙂
