Relish I am going to make it again today. I omitted the baking soda and used Perrier water in stead of regular water. Added extra water to make dough moist as It seemed dry with only 2 cups. Great recipe!!

This bread is perfect. I used fan bake and removed after 45 minutes. It has a delicious bread texture and tastes divine. I might not use sunflower seeds next time though, the green is a little off putting!
