These muffins are very moist but have a bitter aftertaste—like there’s too much baking powder in them. Won’t be making them again.

These turned out amazing! I used frozen berries so they do need a few extra minutes to bake. They also may not look baked, just a little golden around the edges. I would cut the 1/4 cup of sugar out as I added a few extra blueberries. Thinking about adding lemon zest next time. Kids loved them parents loved them...definitely a keeper🙏🏼

I made this and I thought I followed the recipe exactly maybe I over blended or maybe I waited too long before placing in the oven after blending but these came out very doughy on me. I still give it a few stars because the flavor was good. I even left them in the oven longer hoping that they would fully bake and they were undercooked
