I made these for my toddler with egg allergy and she loved them (the grownups did too). I chose not to make the crumble on top but deliscious nonetheless! It doesn’t require any “unusual” ingredients often needed for vegan baking - quick, easy and limited ingredients are a plus.

Moist and delicious muffins. I was suspicious of using chia seeds instead of ground flax seeds, but I am completely sold!
