- 2 cups green cabbage (chopped, I used 230 g)
- 8 oz. cremini mushrooms (quartered, I used 1 lb)
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1 tsp. Hungarian paprika (I used smoked paprika)
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 cups sauerkraut (drained)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (or vegetable broth, I used vegetable broth)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 8 oz. farfalle pasta (cooked per directions, Reserve 1 cup [235 ml] cooking water. — omitted)
- 1/2 lemon
