Amazing, flavour and texture. The closest to fish you will ever get. No excuses with this fantastic recipe! I have made this for a few years now and it never disappoints.

I didn't use a deep fat fryer so mine came out quite oily. I also used wakame as the seaweed. flavor was good though!
