Very yummy. I thought it was going to be too oily, but it turned out great. I used oat milk, coconut oil instead of canola, and raw cane sugar instead of white sugar. I may try with a third less of the oil and sugar next time since I try to bake with less sugar in general. Also, white sugar isn’t vegan since it’s filtered through horse ash (cremated horses) if anyone wasn’t aware of that nugget of information…simply to make the sugar white.

Added walnuts to the recipe. They taste amazing. My batter came out to 18 regular size muffins. Used what ever almond milk I had as I didn’t have the breeze kind but they turned out fine.

Muffins turned out really yummy. I used vanilla soy milk instead of almond as it was all I had. Taste great and not dry like most vegan muffin recipes I've tried. ☆☆☆☆☆

I love these muffins by far the best vegan muffins I have made. I have even added a handful of vegan chocolate chips, or nuts on occasion. Soooo good!
