- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 4 bananas (large, very ripe, mashed)
- 3/4 cup nondairy milk
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
- 8 Tbsp. vegan butter
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
