- 1 1/2 Tbsp. organic cane sugar
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned, this enriches the dough)
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened non-dairy milk (for a golden & shiny crust)
