- 2 apples (medium, peeled + chopped, about 1 ½ cups)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (divided)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (divided)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup non dairy milk (+ more for topping, optional)
- 1/2 cup applesauce (and variety)
- 2 cups rolled oats

Directions
- Peel, core and dice the apples.
- Turn KitchenAid® Multi-Cooker on to the Sauté setting. Add coconut oil and once the Multi-Cooker is preheated, add the apples, 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Turn the KitchenAid® Stir Tower on low, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, turn the Stir Tower off and remove 1/4 cup of the apple mixture.
