I almost forgot the baking powder because it wasn't on the bottom of the list of ingredients as it usually is. Anyways this is a GREAT recipe. Moist and soft!

Great! We loved it.
I did make a few changes though, as I didn't have all the ingredients listed on hand:
- omitted the lemon zest, and just used bottled lemon juice
-used all purpose flour for the whole recipie
-substituted the ginger for nutmeg & sunflower oil instead of canola oil, and just normal brown sugar worked out just fine.
