  • 2 cans chickpeas (drained/rinsed, blended with 1/2-1 c water)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup date paste (I used 12 medjool dates blended with 3/4 c hot water)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs (flax, 2 tbsp ground flaxseed with 6 tbsp water in a bowl, refrigerate for 30 minutes before using)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee (prepared)
  • almond butter (to swirl - I used about 3 tbsp)
