Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Lightly oil cookie sheets (or just use parchment paper) Mix dry ingredients Mix wet ingredients Combine and add chocolate chips Shape dough into two 3-inch wide logs, about ¾ in thick; with the ends squared off Place them on cookie sheets Bake for 25 min Take it out and let cool for 15 min Slice into strips Turn them on sides and put back in over for 10 min
