This was delicious! I've been on the lookout for a great vegan mac & cheese recipe. This one is the best by far. Added a rounded tablespoon of nutritional yeast, and also added some veggies to it (broccoli and rainbow chard). Will definitely make again! Just a note...it is rather salty. Might want to cut back to 1 teaspoon salt (instead of 2), and then add more to taste.

Very good and pretty convincing. Unfortunately the kids don’t like it. A little saltier than I would like.

This was great. We loved this Mac and Cheese. My picky eater loved it as well. I made the recipe exactly as it was written. It was very easy, we will definitely make this again.
