- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (or red, diced)
- 1 cup spring onions (chopped - divided)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sauce (red chilly, adjust per spice tolerance)
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. rice flour
- 1 1/2 cups water (divided)
- salt
- tsp. pepper
- 1 garlic paste
