it was delicious. I used 2 eggs and little more flour. I also added garlic powder to the flour mixture

I used 1/2 chicken broth and 1/3 Marsala wine and it was perfectly delicious. I used pork tenderloin that I pounded thin. I added parsley flakes to the flour, salt and pepper. After the pork browned, I took it out of the pan, added butter and then added the mushrooms. Then I added the broth and the marsala. Then I put the pork back in and cook in about 10 minutes. Right at the end I added cooked pasta that I mixed with butter and Parmesan cheese.
