- 60 grams buckwheat flour
- 60 grams wholemeal flour (strong)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 220 mL almond milk (homemade, shop bought almond milk has a thinner, more watery consistency so if using shop bought milk, add less milk and adjust accordingly)
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- pancakes
- 4 yogurt (tsbp plantbased, I used soya)
- 2 cups blueberries (use frozen if out of season)
- 1 banana (sliced)
