- 1/2 gal. whole milk (Ultra-pasteurized worked best for me)
- 2 Tbsp. yogurt (it must have active yogurt cultures)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 gal. milk (Ultra Pasteurized)
- 2 Tbsp. yogurt (Plain with active yogurt cultures- Any brand will do but the Fage 5% plain Greek yogurt worked for me!)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (I used vanilla bean paste! 🙂)
- 1/2 cup honey
