- 4 tapioca flour (table spoons, 30gms, *you can use corn flour as a substitute)
- 1 cup sugar (caser)
- 2 1/2 cups full-fat milk
- 2 cups cream (thickened)
- 2 tea (spoons, 10ml vanilla essence)
- 2 sheets puff pastry (store brought butter)
- 4 passion fruit pulp (table spoons, 60ml, approx. 4 passion fruits *use tinned if fresh unavailable *add more pulp for thinner icing)
- 1 cup icing sugar
