Great easy to make vanilla pudding. Easy to follow instructions. Very good taste. Will make again. I doubled the recipe. I have a lot of grandchildren.

Delicious, but use a whisk so you don’t get lumpy. FYI can’t wait to try the butterscotch pudding!!

Use 2 1/4c milk. I used the full 1/3 c sugar and we felt it could be reduced to 1/4 c. The pudding was super sweet! Super easy. Definitely a make again.
Using 1 extra egg yollk and subbing in 1/2c half and half makes it more like a rich and creamy custard.
