These came out delicious! The only ingredient I needed to purchase was the pears, everything else I already had (minus buttermilk which I substituted with milk+vinegar). I only ended up using 3 pears and I'm happy I did, it was a good amount to still be present but not take away from the consistency of the muffins. I also ended up with 12 muffins instead of 14, which was fine. Very yummy
