My grandfather used to make them. It was special for us kids during the holidays.

- 3 cups pancake mix (complete)
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup peanut butter chips

Directions
- In large mixing bowl put in pancake mix add all ingredients except chips set aside.
- Mix well if it is two thick add water till its the way you like. Now get your griddle ready put a spoon of your mix in each corner then add chips in the middle repeat till done. My grandfather like thicker dough so the griddle wouldn't be such a mess.
- Serve with butter and your favorite warm syrup.
