Pretty bland, but I think I'll add more mint next time, and some dark chocolate pieces. Very easy to prep and good as a high fiber breakfast.

Pretty good! At first it was rather flavorless, so I had to add a little more mint extract and a tiny bit of pure maple syrup 😬
