    We loved these cupcakes. Not too sweet but rather hints of vanilla in every bite. This recipe ingredient amount makes 12 smaller size cupcakes.

    These cupcakes were a hit!! Made them for my boyfriend’s bday, very easy and don’t take long. Also, made the cream cheese frosting- best icing ever!! Highly recommend. Will def make these again!!

    They're quite tasty! Be sure not to overfill the cups like I did... 1/3c is about right. Oddly enough, the flavor of the eggs comes through pretty strong. I might do 1.5tsp vanilla next time to mask it. Overall, I'll try these again! Note: I made these at high altitude and had no issues with the unmodified recipe.

    These were easy to make even without a fancy stand mixer. I used a hand mixer. I didn’t change anything. Will be making more soon. will try not to cream butter and sugar so much next time.

    The Cupcakes tasted fantastic! I baked them for a friends birthday and added some strawberries to the batter and half on the inside of the cupcake! It was awesome. They looked awesome.
