- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom (plus a tiny pinch extra)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs (room temp)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted butter (room temp)
- vegetable oil (for frying, roughly 6-8 cups)
- vanilla glaze (Creamy, recipe below)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. whole milk
