Perfect! But need at least a double batch to ice a simple 2 layer 9” round cake, with icing between the layers of course.

Definitely needs more liquid/butter than the recipe calls for. I added 4 tbsp heavy cream and an additional 1/2 tsp vanilla to make it a perfect consistency.

Simple and easy. Add a pinch of salt to balance the flavors. The best buttercream is still Swiss buttercream or Italian buttercream to get the smooth texture.

I did not try this yet but this sound yummy I am a child that loves cooking so this is what I am going to put on my cookies 🍪

It was pretty good. It was really sweet though. I used almond instead of vanilla. Turned out great. I used this frosting to frost cookies.🍪🧁

Much too sweet to frost an entire cake I would probably use this for cookie frosting or decorating cakes.

This turned out great. I used it for cake decorating and was happy with the way it turned out. It was a little too sweet, though.

It turned out great but was much to sweet and melted much to quickly but otherwise it was brilliant
