- donuts
- 2 yeast (tspn, or a packet)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (warm, pop it in the microwave for like 20 seconds, that should do it--you just don't want it cold from the fridge)
- 1/2 salt (tspn)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup aquafaba (yup, that's bean juice)
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 vanilla extract (tspn)
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 4 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 cups strawberry jelly (I ran out and switched about ¾ of the way through, heh)
- 2 powdered sugar (tblspn, for sprinkling over them.)
