Cookies came out great but used almond flour in place of cornstarch. Little tip, just save yourself the elbow grease and add an extra egg white and more sugar instead of stirring forever waiting for it to come together.

These were so amazingly good I should have doubled the receipe! I put smarties on top as I could not find the Valentine M & M's, they were still great!
