- 3/4 cup green onion (thinly sliced, or more)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 1/2 cup stevia (Granulated Sweetener, sugar, or Splenda, use Stevia or Splenda for South Beach Diet)
- salt (to taste, I used about 3/4 tsp. sea salt)
- ground black pepper (freshly, to taste, I used about 1/4 tsp.)
