Perfect for any kind of gathering or even for taco nights! This is super easy and tastes awesome, it's a great variation of plain cheese dip!

I have made this many times and it is a big hit! I always double it because it goes so quickly. I melt the cheese on the stove top and add the cooked HOT sausage and two cans of Rotel, draining only one.
