Really tasty and easy. If you can't find escarole, look for it as chicory or endives. I found that I needed more greens than the recipe called for.

I love this recipe. Easy and tasty! Would Definitely make again. I didn't bother to boil the greens first, just added them to the pan till they were cooked.
