- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onions (medium, thinly sliced)
- 1 orange bell pepper (or green bell pepper, thinly sliced)
- 1 pkg. meatballs (10 to 12 oz., refrigerated or frozen, thawed, fully-cooked, cocktail-size, halved)
- 1 cup Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
- 12 slices Italian bread (crusty)
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese (thin)

Directions
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook onion and orange pepper, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in meatballs and Pasta Sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Toast bread slices, then top with cheese. On each bread slice, arrange two meatball halves, cut side down, then top with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
