- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp. Frangelico Liqueur (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds (for sprinkling, see instructions)
- 5 green figs (medium ripe, diced roughly, or 3/4 cup dried figs, soaked overnight)
