Very moist.Turned over last 10 minutes,but just stuck back in 450• oven.Will definitely be my go to for roasted chicken.Thanks to you and yummy probe perfect dinner

I cooked my 4 pound bird for 1 hour, it came out perfectly- the best chicken I’ve ever made. (Used bacon fat)
