- 2 Tbsp. urad dal (Roasted, /Black gram flour)
- 2 Tbsp. dessicated coconut
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. white sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1/2 hot water
- 4 cups canola oil (for frying)
- 1 cup rice flour (I used store bought one If you want to make homemade one check here)
- 2 Tbsp. urad dal (Roasted, /Black gram flour)
- 2 Tbsp. dessicated coconut
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 4 cups canola oil (for frying)
