I made it with ground chicken instead of beef. There was a LOT more cabbage to meat ratio in mine but the flavors were nice and clean. It needs something else to recreate a cabbage roll flavor depending on what region you like them from. Dill maybe! Or cinnamon lemon and mint.

Delightful!! We added in some chili flakes to spice it up a little more, and next day served the leftovers over rice 😁
