- 1/3 cup parmigiano-reggiano (grated)

- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cups vegetable oil (pure, use 1/2 cup at a time and replace after 2 batches)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
