Definitely an Italian cake with the olive oil . It was not done after the recommended time. I am a patient cook and 8 more minutes were perfect . I frosted it with a vanilla buttercream frosting . Mine had a heavier oily crumb that got better each day over the week. Quite addicting! 550 calories as frosted, with cake divided into 8 slices, calculated by my fitness pal app . I will make this again!
