Great! I had already put a few spices on the pork shoulder before I decided to “follow” the recipe. I added garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, paprika and some cinnamon. It was tasty and the skin was crispy.

It doesn't get better than this. Crispy skin comes out like fresh chicharron! Delish... One of my favorite recipes and it's so easy too.

This turned out good. I followed the recipe, was pretty salty using the measurements provided. I wouldn’t make this again as it is pretty basic.
