Description
This is my winning Chili Cook Off recipe! I combined a bunch of other award-winning recipes and put my own twist on things! Enjoy.
Ingredients

30 SERVINGS
- 1/2 prosciutto (Pack of chopped)
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1/2 pkg. thick cut bacon (oven baked)
- 3 chili (Bean, Mix - Packet, Aldi)
- 1/2 sweet onion (Large)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 can IPA beer (Centennial)
- 6 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 jar salsa (Texas Caviar, has corn, and adobo sauce in it, Aldi)
- 1/2 jar canned tomatoes (Homemade)
- 1 can black beans
- Orange
- 1 can tomatoes (with green chiles)
- 1/4 sloppy joe seasoning mix (Pack of)
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt (Annie's Mixed Up Salt)
- 1 Tbsp. ground pepper (Annie's Mixed Up Pepper)
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. adobo seasoning
- 1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. black peppercorns (freshly ground)
- 1 dash seasoning (mustard)
- 1 dash allspice
- 2 cheddar cheese (hand-fulls of)
- 1 whole jalapeno (fresh)
- 1 chili (Lg can of, mix -, just add meat kind)
- 1 can red beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 2 dashes seasoning (pico de gallo)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (Lean)

Directions
- Cook ground beef on stove top and drain - then add in onions and cook until half way translucent - add to crockpot
- Cook bacon in oven for 16 min and let sit for 10 more min with oven closed and turned off, set on paper towels to soak up grease - tear into smaller pieces and place in crock pot
- cook pork sausage and prosciutto on stove top - drain half of oil, and keep rest for chili - place in crock pot
