Made these to go with prime rib. Awesomeness! I mashed with a fork because we like a little texture. Didn't have sour cream so used yogurt, everyone loved them. Definitely making again. If I have leftover bacon grease I will brush the insides before stuffing them just to try.

Turned out great! The recipe has become one of my husband’s favorites. It’s almost a meal in itself.

Very good recipe. I made the mistake of mashing by hand as opposed to an electric mixer but regretted doing so.

Awesome dish! ive cooked them several times now. I do add a little cream cheese to the mix to thicken it slightly but its fine with or without

Will cut down on the sour cream next time and add a little more salt, pepper

They definetly had to bake about twice as long, but the end result was delicious.

The flavor was great, but I had to cook it much longer than the recipe stated as the potato was still very firm. Overall I did like and will make again, but will bake the potatoes like I normally would (wrapped in aluminum foil first).

Delicious! Used potatoes baked a few days before. It was simple & quick. Paired nicely with a garden salad for a filling summer supper.

Absolutely loved it but we did add a sharper cheese to the cheddar and also some grilled onions. Super good classic recipe

Yummy so good would make it again I love bacon !! This is one of my favorite so easy to make.. The absolute best
